FOR PRIZE WINNERS:
Canvas On Demand will turn your winning photo into stunning artwork. The company's Light BrushstrokesTM
technique provides the look of traditional oil on canvas. For each contest winner, Canvas on Demand will provide
a simple-to-use photo mailer with simple upload instructions for a digital or scanned photo and a pre-paid mailer
for a traditional snapshot. You'll receive your art in about two weeks, rendered on real artist canvas and
stretched onto wooden stretcher supports.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution will be permitted. Applicable
federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners and runners-up. CABIN
LIFE/Fladmark Publishing reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value or provide cash equivalent.

Photos that portray fauna and flora close up (the natural environment) or scenery around your cabin. This may

Snapshots of your cabin or life at your cabin - where families, friends, pets or the cabin itself are the focus

boating, tubing, lounging, canoeing, kayaking, knee boarding, beach playing, wakeboarding, surfing, etc.

1st Place Winners in each category: 24"x36" canvas, Light BrushStokes effects, with a premium

ENTRY

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contest void where prohibited by law. Subject to all
federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees (and their families) of CABIN LIFE
magazine/Fladmark Publishing are not eligible. Photographs previously published in CABIN LIFE
are not eligible. First-place prize winners from 2007 are not eligible.

Photos submitted become the property of CABIN LIFE magazine/Fladmark Publishing, and will
not be returned.

Limit of 6 entries per person total. Each photograph must be accompanied by its
own entry form.

Entry form: Either download the entry form or include a cover sheet with your name, address,
daytime phone number, e-mail address, title of photo and description of photo. Mail entry to

Entries must be received in the CABIN LIFE office by September 12, 2008.

Photos may be submitted in these formats: Unmounted black-and-white or color prints made from a
negative, slide or digital image. Size: no smaller than 4x6 (but the judges recommend 5x7 or 8x10). We
will not accept digital images via e-mail or on a CD. All entries will be judged based on the quality
of the print (see also "Judging" section).

Photo must have been taken at or near a cabin (or cottage, lakehome, lodge, camp), by the person
submitting the entry.

The photographer's name, mailing address, phone number, and title of the image must be printed
on the back of each print. We recommend placing photos between protective cardboard coverings.

Sorry, receipt of entries cannot be acknowledged. Photos will not be returned.
|
| 10. |
CABIN LIFE magazine/Fladmark Publishing takes no responsibility for entries lost, incomplete,
illegible, misdirected, postage-due, damaged or late.

Pictures must not have been previously published in any medium, including website, magazine,
book or newspaper.

By entering the contest, the photographer grants to CABIN LIFE/Fladmark Publishing unrestricted
and exclusive rights to use the photograph(s) for any future purpose, without compensation, and the
right to use the photographer's name in a credit line along with the photograph. By entering this
contest, the entrant confirms that he/she is the photographer and owns all rights to any photograph(s)
he/she entered in this contest; accordingly, the entrant thereby agrees to compensate CABIN LIFE fully
regarding any claims arising out of the use of the photograph(s).

No household may win more than one prize.

JUDGING
| 1. |
Entries will be judged on originality, composition, quality and content that is reflective
of cabin living.
|
| 2. |
Winners and runners-up will be selected by CABIN LIFE'S board of judges. Judges' decisions
are final.
|
| 3. |
Winners will be chosen by October 3, 2008, and notified by phone or mail by October 15,
2008..
|
| 4. |
Winners will be required to sign and return a certificate of eligibility and release/transfer
of copyright that must be returned within seven days of notification attempt, or alternate winners
may be selected.
|
| 5. |
